No. Level 3 (Complete) makes NexusPlan your system of record outright — courses, schedules, rosters, year-to-year rollover — no SIS integration needed at all. If you'd rather stay on your current SIS, OneRoster, FACTS, Blackbaud, and Google Classroom are on the Sync roadmap coming soon. Want yours prioritized? How do students get accounts?+

By default, straight from your SIS: student rosters sync over automatically, and each student gets an invite code tied to the record that arrived — nobody types out an enrollment list by hand. Without a connected SIS, your teachers or admins add the roster directly and invites go out the same way. Either path is invite-only with expiring codes — no open signup, no self-registered strangers.

What happens to our data if we leave?+

You export it, we remove it. Offboarding is built into the product — see the Security & Privacy page for the full picture.
